About Us
A family owned Florida nursery rooted in a love of daylilies, family, and the joy of growing something beautiful.
Floyd Cove Nursery has been home to exceptional daylilies for decades, and today we are proud to carry that legacy forward as a family. We grow, hybridize, select, and share daylilies that stand out for their beauty, performance, and personality.
For us, Floyd Cove is much more than a nursery. It is where we work together as a family, raise our boys, spend our days in the fields, and watch each new season bring something we have never seen before.
We are especially passionate about introducing distinctive registered daylilies and continuing the careful hybridizing work that has made Floyd Cove known among collectors for generations. Every plant we introduce has earned its place through years of observation, evaluation, and plenty of time spent walking the rows.
Whether you have collected daylilies for years or are planting your very first one, we hope Floyd Cove feels like a place you can come back to again and again for beautiful plants, a little inspiration, and the simple joy of growing.
At Floyd Cove Nursery, quality starts long before a daylily ever reaches your garden. For decades, Floyd Cove has been known for distinctive daylilies selected for beauty, performance, and garden presence.
Today, our family is proud to continue that tradition with the same attention to detail and personal care.
Every order is handled by us, from digging and labeling to packing and shipping. We value the relationships we have built with fellow daylily lovers and collectors, and we are always happy to answer questions, share what we have learned, and help you find plants you will love growing.
Our nursery is inspected by the State of Florida, and we maintain an active plant health program throughout the growing season. Plants offered for sale are carefully grown and maintained here at Floyd Cove so they are strong, healthy, and ready for their next garden.
Potted plants are also available for pickup at the nursery by prior arrangement.
