SHIPPING & RETURNS

All plants are shipped bare root, carefully trimmed, washed, dipped, and securely packaged for delivery. We ship via UPS Ground, and USPS Priority Mail may be arranged at your own risk. Shipping charges are as follows: $25 plus $3 handling for domestic orders, and $30.00 plus $3 handling for shipments to the West Coast (including New Mexico, Colorado, Utah, Idaho, Arizona, California, Oregon, and Washington) due to UPS and Postal rate increases. Please ensure that you provide a clear delivery address, including a phone number and email address, to facilitate smooth delivery. For UPS shipments, we use UPS Quantum View Notification, which will notify you by email when your order has shipped, along with the expected delivery date.

 

International Shipping

We offer worldwide shipping. For the most current list of countries we can ship to, please contact us directly. Our minimum order for international customers is $800 USD, with an additional $95 USD charge for handling and the required Phytosanitary certificate. Due to the extensive paperwork involved in international shipments, handling fees have been increased. To help offset this cost, we will include a bonus fan or additional plant with your order, whenever possible.

Please note that we do not accept international orders consisting solely of General Listing plants, as these are offered only as a courtesy alongside our exclusive introductions. All international orders must include at least 25% new introductions to be processed. Shipping costs will be charged separately at the time of shipment.
